Personal Training is
an investment in yourself.
My main focus is to help you live a longer, happier, healthier life by helping you establish a regular fitness regimen tailored to your goals. You can begin (or continue) living a healthier life by signing up for an intro- session. Just $45 for an introductory session within a 5-mile radius of my location in Burbank. During your into session, we will discuss your goals, evaluate your current fitness level, and I will coach you through an initial work out. Please allow approximately 75 minutes for your intro session so that you have time to enjoy your first workout after the fitness assessment.
After your initial session, additional individual training sessions are 60 minutes and begin at just $65 at my location in Burbank and $95 if you prefer to work out at your home. We offer multiple package discounts and group sessions are also available.
We run specials regularly and offer several discount packages. Please ask about current deals.
