How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I am different from a regular trainer because I love what I do.

I love training my clients and helping them achieve their individual goals. I am not  going to yell at you or push you to do things that could potentially cause long term injury.  Fitness can be sustainable and enjoyable, when done the right way.  I thoughtfully create work out plans for my clients and encourage them every step of the way. Fitness does not have to be painful or something to just "check off" your list. When I train you, you are signing up for a trainer that is motivating, enthusiastic, open, caring, and confident. I help you achieve the gains you could not do alone.  Goal after goal. 

I haven't worked out in years! Do I qualify?
